Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between Marsys Group and the business or individual using any of our products. Using a product means accepting them. Where a signed agreement exists for a specific product, that agreement takes precedence over anything written here.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping its credentials private.
• The details you give us must be accurate. We may suspend an account whose details are knowingly false.
• Where a product connects to a third-party account you own — a calendar, a messaging number, a payment gateway — you remain that account's owner, and you can disconnect it at any time.

3. What you may not do

• Send messages to people who have not asked to hear from you, or in breach of WhatsApp's or any other platform's policies.
• Use our products to mislead people about who they are dealing with.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or another tenant's boundaries, or reverse engineer the services.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

4. Plans, payment and refunds

• Paid plans are charged for a fixed term and start when payment is confirmed. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by licensed gateways. We never see or store your card number or CVV.
• A plan does not renew by itself. When it ends, the service pauses until it is renewed.
• If a charge fails to deliver the service you paid for, write to us and we will refund it.

5. Availability

We work to keep the services running and we monitor them, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee unless one is written into a signed agreement with you. Maintenance, provider outages and platform changes outside our control can interrupt a service. We will tell you about planned interruptions where we reasonably can.

6. Automated assistants

Some products reply to your customers automatically. You decide what the assistant is told about your business, and those replies are sent in your name. Review that configuration, because you are responsible for what your assistant says. An assistant can be wrong; nothing it says creates an obligation we are party to.

7. Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it or ask for it to be deleted, and deletion removes it rather than hiding it.

8. Liability, ending the service, and law

• Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for that product in the three months before the claim.
• You may stop using a product at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches section 3, and will say why.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of India.
• If we change these terms materially, we will say so on this page before the change takes effect.
